🚀 Hiring — ServiceNow AIOps Developer 📍 Hybrid — Bangalore, India | 💼 4+ years experience
We're hiring for one of our ServiceNow partner clients — an established organisation running enterprise-scale ITOM and AIOps programmes.
If you've moved teams from reactive firefighting to predictive, noise-free operations, this one's for you.
What you'll do 🔹 Implement and tune ServiceNow AIOps — Event Management, Health Log Analytics, and Predictive AIOps 🔹 Build alert aggregation, correlation, and de-duplication rules to cut event noise 🔹 Configure Operational Intelligence, anomaly detection, and metric-based alerting 🔹 Design Service Mapping and CMDB-driven service impact models 🔹 Integrate monitoring tools — SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, SCOM, Zabbix 🔹 Automate remediation with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub 🔹 Build dashboards and reporting that show real MTTR and noise-reduction gains
What you bring ✅ 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development with genuine ITOM/AIOps depth ✅ Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting ✅ Working knowledge of MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB health ✅ Experience integrating third-party monitoring and observability tools ✅ ServiceNow CSA required — CIS-Event Management / CIS-Discovery strongly preferred
