Position: ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead
Experience: 3–9 Years
Location: Pune
Job Type: Permanent
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in at least one of the following modules:
- HRSD
- GRC / IRM
- SPM
- CSM
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub
- Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, and platform automations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- For Technical Lead roles: Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
