Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday / ServiceNow integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and WQL.
- Design and implement HRSD (HR Service Delivery) integrations with Workday and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.
- Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Work with business, HR, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to integration developers and support code/design reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integration development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and WQL (Workday Query Language).
- Mandatory hands-on experience with HRSD integrations.
- Experience integrating Workday/ServiceNow with HR and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.
- Experience in integration troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and production support.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guide junior/mid-level developers
