Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves performing maintenance and repair activities on battery systems, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out troubleshooting procedures in the field. The Service Engineer will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and minimizing equipment downtime. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, documenting service activities, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and following safety and quality standards. The role also requires clear communication with clients and stakeholders to explain issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for battery systems and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, commissioning, and customer-facing service activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Experience in automotive, battery technology, or energy storage systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in field conditions.
