🚨 HIRING: SERVICE MANAGER | PHARMACEUTICAL MACHINERY
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the after-sales and technical support function for a leading Pharmaceutical Machinery company.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years
💰 CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
🏭 Industry: Pharmaceutical Machinery
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead field service engineers for installation, commissioning, maintenance & breakdown support
• Handle technical escalations and ensure timely customer resolution
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, IQ/OQ/PQ & validation protocols
• Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical and automation-related issues
• Drive AMC, spare parts & machine upgrade/retrofit business
• Train service engineers and client operators on machine operation & safety
• Monitor service KPIs including MTTR, First-Time Fix Rate & Customer Satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in industrial machinery service
• Minimum 3+ years of Pharmaceutical Machinery experience
• Experience with Granulation, Tableting, Packing or Liquid Filling machinery preferred
• Working knowledge of PLC automation, hydraulics, pneumatics & precision mechanics
• Strong understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and pharmaceutical validation
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11
• Strong customer handling, negotiation and crisis-management skills
• Experience managing a field service/technical support team
