Your Role
Magnetic FAAC India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a
Service Engineer for its location
Ahmedabad. To provide timely and effective technical support to customers by handling installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown service. Ensure customer satisfaction, minimize equipment downtime, and support the smooth operation of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and identify technical problems.
Find the root cause and provide solutions.
Support PPM, breakdown calls, installation, and commissioning.
Respond to customer complaints and service calls on time.
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Identify repeated problems and suggest preventive actions.
Identify and recommend the required spare parts.
Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.
Must Have
Diploma / Graduate degree.
Min 2+ years of experience in service
Good communication skills.
