Position Title: Service Engineer
Base Location: Delhi
Primary Role:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide technical service and support for laboratory and diagnostic equipment. The role will involve installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of Haematology Analysers, Immunoassay Analysers, and other diagnostic instruments.
Job Description:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Haematology Analysers, Immunoassay Analysers, and other diagnostic instruments.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution of technical and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate service reports, equipment records, and customer-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and procedures.
- Travel extensively to customer locations as required for service and technical support.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ BE/B-TECH IN Biomedical Engineer/Mechanical/Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance, or repair of laboratory/diagnostic equipment.
