Manage escalations relating to candidate, hiring manager, learner, trainer, and people-manager experience. Conduct root cause analysis on service performance issues.
- Financial Management: Review recruiting and learning operational expenditures and vendor invoices. Monitor recruiting and learning-related cost drivers, including agency, screening, content, facilitation, and platform-services spend. Identify opportunities for spend optimization.
- Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Drive process efficiency and automation initiatives. Improve recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, learner, trainer, and people-manager experience. Support implementation and adoption of recruitment and learning technologies.
