Title: Recruitment Manager (US Healthcare)
Location: Remote
Industry: Staffing & Recruitment (US Market ONLY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of US Healthcare Recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and delivery goals.
- Understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities to guide recruiters effectively.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, from sourcing and screening to submission, interview coordination, and placement.
- Work with clients and VMS/MSP platforms, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with client-specific processes.
- Manage recruitment for healthcare clients such as AYA Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Medefis, RightSourcing, and other healthcare accounts.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics with management and clients as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in US Healthcare Staffing and recruitment delivery.
- Prior experience managing a team of US Healthcare Recruiters.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing workflows, client requirements, and VMS/MSP systems.
- Experience handling or supporting accounts such as AYA, Kaiser, Medefis, RightSourcing, or similar healthcare clients is preferred.
- Strong client management, communication, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritize hiring needs, and drive team performance.
