ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Security Tool Administrator to manage the administration of our client's security toolset spanning threat and vulnerability management, DLP, EDR, web filtering, URL management, and key management. This role requires deep technical hands-on skills across multiple security platforms and a proactive approach to incident response.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register and manage vulnerability scan configurations; coordinate firewall blocking requests
- Manage agent version upgrades and verify impact of ServiceNow patch changes
- Administer web filtering configurations in Zscaler including URL categorisation, revocation, and extension or deletion of URLs with expired revocation deadlines
- Manage database encryption and cryptographic key operations within the Key Management System
- Handle DLP block/allow list updates, email hold management, and parameter changes
- Manage EDR (CrowdStrike) solution including client verifications, server deployments, image upgrades, and ongoing EDR solution management
- Perform AIS verification and manage terminal version upgrades across managed endpoints
- Process ADFS certificate renewals and supplier/group company version upgrades
- Prepare and submit incident reports for all managed security tools
- Respond to inquiries related to security tool configurations and operations
- Participate in P1 Major Incident Management (MIM) conference bridges
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of hands-on security tool administration experience
- Experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR platform) including EDR solution management
- Hands-on experience with Proofpoint DLP administration
- Familiarity with URL lifecycle management including revocation and expiry handling
- Knowledge of AIS (Automated Intelligence System) verification and terminal version management
- Familiarity with key management systems and cryptographic operations
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and firewall rule management
- Experience with ServiceNow change and patch management workflows
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CrowdStrike CCFA (Certified Falcon Administrator) certification
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Experience with SIEM platforms and alert triage
- Knowledge of AWS environments (Golden Image management)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- JLPT N3 certified are preferred
