🚨 Hiring | Sr. Validation Engineer – Industrial Automation / PLC & HMI
📍 Location: Pune

We are looking for a Sr. Validation Engineer with strong experience in PLC, HMI and Industrial Automation to join our team in Pune.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer and market requirements and translate them into product specifications
- Define and validate PLC/HMI-based industrial automation products
- Perform product/system validation, functional testing and troubleshooting
- Develop and review validation plans, test cases and test reports
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams
- Support product testing, FAT/SAT and issue resolution
- Analyse requirements and ensure product performance and quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation products and solutions
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Industrial Automation / PLC / HMI
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI
- Experience in validation, testing, commissioning or automation projects
- Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming concepts such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text or Function Block
- Exposure to industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, etc.
- Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, ABB, Beckhoff, Honeywell, Emerson, etc. will be an advantage
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
⭐ Ideal Profile
Candidates with direct experience in PLC/HMI product specification and product validation are preferred.
We are also open to strong PLC Programming / Automation / Controls / Project / Commissioning Engineers who have experience in testing/validation and are interested in moving into a product-focused validation role.
⚠️ This is a product-focused role and not a field commissioning role. The selected candidate will work closely with the Product Team.
