Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients. This role involves building long-term relationships, understanding clients’ financial objectives, and recommending appropriate wealth management and investment strategies across asset classes. The Senior Relationship Manager will conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor market trends, and coordinate with internal product and research teams to deliver suitable solutions. Daily activities include client meetings, responding to queries, preparing investment proposals, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and tracking performance against targets. The role also includes acquiring new clients through networking and referrals, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and products, including mutual funds, bonds, equity, PMS, and other wealth management solutions.
- Ability to conduct financial needs analysis, create investment proposals, and perform regular portfolio reviews with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for reporting and tracking client portfolios.
- Demonstrated sales and business development capabilities, including networking, prospecting, and achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to wealth management, and commitment to ethical advisory practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP, NISM, or similar are an advantage.
- Prior experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or financial services in a client-facing role, preferably at a senior or mid-level.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple client engagements, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
