Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Yashoda Medicity-Group of Hospitals in Ghaziabad for Nurses, Critical Care Doctors, Accountants, and Pharmacists. Nursing professionals will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with procedures, support families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely clinical interventions. Critical Care Doctors will manage ICU and high-dependency patients, lead treatment plans, perform or supervise procedures, coordinate with emergency and surgical teams, and participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement. Accountants will handle billing, accounts receivable and payable, financial reconciliations, reporting, and compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations, while supporting budget tracking and cost control. Pharmacists will dispense medications, verify prescriptions, counsel patients and clinical teams on safe medication use, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and support antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety protocols.
Qualifications
- For Nurses: Recognized nursing qualification (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent), valid registration with the appropriate nursing council, strong clinical assessment skills, ability to provide compassionate bedside care, and experience in critical care or hospital settings is preferred.
- For Critical Care Doctors: MBBS with MD / DNB in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Pulmonary Medicine, or equivalent, with additional training or experience in critical care; demonstrated competence in managing ICU patients, emergency stabilization, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- For Accountants: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; proficiency in hospital or healthcare accounting, billing systems, and financial reporting; strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
- For Pharmacists: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with valid registration; knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices, prescription verification, drug interactions, and inventory management; commitment to medication safety and regulatory compliance
