🚀 We're Hiring | Senior QA Automation Engineer
Passionate about automation and quality engineering? We're looking for a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer to build scalable test automation and deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing layers.
- Build automation for modern Single Page Applications (SPAs), including UI and API interactions.
- Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to detect regressions early and maintain build stability.
- Develop automated regression test suites that execute on every pull request and deployment.
- Create and maintain performance and load testing solutions to validate system behaviour under real-world conditions.
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and reusable testing patterns across engineering teams.
- Mentor and coach developers on automation strategies and quality engineering principles.
- Evaluate and implement modern testing tools and technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute to platform engineering initiatives, including shared libraries, developer tooling, and testing infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Test. - Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong focus on quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language such as TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Experience with API testing, contract testing, integration testing, and automation strategies.
- Strong understanding of modern web application architectures and testing approaches for distributed systems.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in FinTech, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with browser automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized testing environments.
- Exposure to security testing, vulnerability assessment, or compliance-driven quality assurance.
- Experience working within a fast-paced startup or scaling engineering organization.
