Required Skills
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Strong experience in Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong experience in Automation Testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Strong experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL for database validation and testing.
- Experience testing modern web applications and REST APIs.
- Strong experience in test planning, test strategy, test case design, and test execution.
- Excellent defect reporting, root cause analysis, and bug tracking skills using Jira or similar tools.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience using Claude to improve testing productivity.
- Excellent English communication skills with experience working directly with international clients.
- Ability to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and create comprehensive test scenarios before development begins.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
What You'll Do
- Review business requirements and identify risks before development starts.
- Design comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Perform thorough manual testing across web applications.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
- Validate APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Report defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and clients.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release planning.
- Improve QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.
