Hiring: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade business applications.
📌 Experience: 8–10 Years
💼 Employment: Full-Time
⏱️ Notice Period: Immediate joiners / candidates available within 0–15 days preferred
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform
- Extensive experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx for application logic and business rules
- Experience with Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security and business rules
- Good working experience with SharePoint and SQL Server
Integration & Development
- Experience integrating Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and external services
- Understanding of APIs, connectors and Power Platform integration patterns
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development, architecture and best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions
Deployment & ALM
- Hands-on experience with Solution Management and Deployment
- Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience managing Development, Test/UAT and Production environments
- Knowledge of environment variables, connection references and deployment pipelines
- Experience following development standards, governance and security best practices

We are looking for someone who can independently handle the end-to-end Power Platform development lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and designing solutions to development, integration, testing, deployment and production support.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities and experience working in enterprise environments.
