Role Description The Senior Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate clinical care to fertility and IVF patients in an on-site setting in Noida. This full-time role includes coordinating patient flow, preparing individuals for procedures, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and supporting physicians and embryologists in treatment and procedures. The Senior Nurse will provide patient education on treatment plans, medication schedules, pre- and post-procedure care, and lifestyle guidance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, overseeing nursing standards, mentoring junior nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing skills in reproductive health, IVF, and related procedures; proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring.
- Experience in patient counseling, education, and building trust with individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments.
- Knowledge of medication administration, documentation, and adherence to infection control and quality protocols.
- Ability to coordinate with physicians, embryologists, and allied health professionals in a high-volume clinical environment.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior nursing staff, support training, and uphold clinical standards.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Registered Nurse qualification with recognized nursing credentials; prior experience in IVF, obstetrics-gynecology, or reproductive medicine is preferred.
- Comfort working with digital health records and technology-enabled clinical workflows; willingness to adapt to AI-driven clinical tools.
