Role Description Resident Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to children, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments, in an on-site setting in Noida. This full-time role involves examining patients, diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, and minor oral surgeries tailored to pediatric needs. The Pediatric Dentist will educate patients and caregivers on oral hygiene, dietary habits, and preventive care, while ensuring a calm, reassuring experience for anxious children. The role also includes maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and safety, and adhering to relevant clinical and infection-control standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dentistry and Medicine, with the ability to integrate general medical knowledge into dental care decisions.
- Specialized skills in Pediatric Dentistry, including behavior management and age-appropriate treatment planning.
- Competence in Oral Surgery and Dental Care procedures appropriate for children, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Recognized MDS in Pediatric Dentistry and valid dental license/registration as per local regulations.
- Experience working with children and families, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and adapt to a fast-paced, child-centered environment.
