Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry partners to establish collaborations and generate admissions/leads.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities, campus drives, seminars, workshops, education expos, and promotional events.
- Build and strengthen the Elysium Group brand through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and support admission, training, and business development targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Academic, and Operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience. At least 5 years of experience in the EdTech, Education, IT Training, or Learning & Development industry.
- Proven experience in handling marketing teams, institutional partnerships, and field marketing activities.
- Strong experience in college relationship management, admissions marketing, and educational promotions.
