About the Role
Webvio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our affiliate marketing business in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably working with established brands in the US market. The candidate must be capable of building an affiliate marketing program from scratch, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring affiliates, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Candidates with a Travel Industry background will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy for the US market.
- Build and scale the affiliate marketing channel from the ground up.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, agencies, and networks.
- Develop strong relationships with affiliate partners and negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and promotional opportunities.
- Identify new affiliate opportunities and continuously expand the affiliate partner base.
- Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve revenue, conversion, and ROI targets.
- Track affiliate performance, revenue, conversions, traffic, and other key KPIs.
- Analyze campaign and partner performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, and Technology.
- Ensure affiliate programs comply with company policies and applicable market requirements.
- Research US market trends, competitor affiliate programs, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Develop promotional strategies, offers, landing pages, and campaigns to improve affiliate conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Take complete ownership of affiliate channel growth and revenue generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably with brands operating in the US market.
- Proven experience in building and scaling affiliate programs from scratch.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, partners, tracking platforms, commissions, and attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage affiliate partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience working with US-based affiliates, publishers, and business partners.
- Ability to independently manage the affiliate function and deliver measurable business results.
- Travel Industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be strongly preferred.
- References from previous employers/industry contacts will be an added advantage.
