Job Description – Senior Marketing Executive

Grade Level: GL3 (Senior Engineer Equivalent – Tactical & Process Supervision)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Preferred Experience: B2B / Industrial Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing activities while managing a small online marketing team comprising a Graphic Designer, Videographer, and Content Writer.
The ideal candidate should have strong execution, coordination, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand technical business concepts and convert them into effective marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including:
- Exhibitions
- Trade Shows
- Conferences
- Dealer/Distributor Events
- Print and Marketing Collaterals
- Brief, coordinate, manage, and review the work of the:
- Graphic Designer
- Videographer
- Content Writer
- Develop marketing content across multiple technical business verticals.
- Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including:
- Planning
- Execution
- Budget Tracking
- Reporting
- Campaign Closure
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Manage vendors, freelancers, and external marketing partners as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing vendors, freelancers, or a small marketing team.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand technical subject matter and translate it into credible marketing content.
- Hands-on experience in Offline / BTL Marketing.
- Candidates with experience beyond purely digital marketing will be preferred.
