A leading financial technology and housing finance infrastructure group is looking for a Senior Manager - Finance to join the team in Mumbai.

The Role
As the Senior Manager - Finance, you will manage and execute critical financial controls to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of corporate financial reports. You will work closely with senior management and business unit owners to maintain optimal financial hygiene and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review journal entries, reconcile account balances, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Partner with stakeholders to produce monthly Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Maintain and optimize the general ledger and the corporate chart of accounts.
- Actively review, refine, and advise on financial and accounting workflows.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize corporate financial resources.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and financial analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the BFSI or Fintech ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards.
- Attributes: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
