What You'll Do
As General Manager - Business Finance, you will serve as the key finance partner to business leaders, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, performance management, commercial analytics, and margin improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Operations, Delivery, and Sales leadership while reporting directly to the AVP - Business Finance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting for assigned business units.
✅ Drive business reviews and provide insightful variance analysis against plans and forecasts.
✅ Partner with Operations and Delivery teams to improve productivity, utilization, and profitability.
✅ Support pricing strategy, client profitability analysis, and operational planning decisions.
✅ Monitor sales pipeline performance and revenue conversion through Oracle and Salesforce platforms.
✅ Develop executive dashboards and management reports combining financial and operational metrics.
✅ Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin enhancement, and operational efficiency.
✅ Lead and mentor finance team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
✅ Ensure financial governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance adherence across the business unit.

You will have direct ownership and visibility over critical business performance indicators, including:
• Revenue per FTE
• Productivity and Utilization
• Gross Margin and EBITDA Margin
• Collection Effectiveness
• Denial Trends
• Client Profitability
• Cost-to-Serve Metrics
• Sales Pipeline Conversion Performance
What We're Looking For
✔ MBA, CA, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification.
✔ 12-15 years of progressive experience in Business Finance or FP&A.
✔ Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, business partnering, and performance analysis.
✔ Experience working within Healthcare Services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Technology, BPM, or BPO environments preferred.
✔ Proven ability to collaborate with Operations, Delivery, and Sales leadership teams.
✔ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
✔ Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
✔ Working knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce is highly desirable.
