FINANCE MANAGER – ZAMBIA

Role Overview
A leading company in the LPG and energy sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the country finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, effective cash management and commercially focused financial support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
* Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital, receivables, payables and banking relationships.
* Ensure compliance with Zambian tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Strengthen financial controls, coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
* Provide financial analysis and business partnering to Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics and HR.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
* Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA, ZICA or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
* Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, controls and audit.
* Good knowledge of Zambian tax and statutory requirements.
* Experience in LPG, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics or a multinational environment is advantageous.
