AGM – REPAIR & REFURBISHMENT OPERATIONS
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 12–15 Years
💰 CTC: ₹30–34 LPA
🏢 Business Unit: Project & Delivery
ROLE
Lead end-to-end Repair & Refurbishment, Service Centre, Factory Operations and Reverse Logistics, ensuring productivity, quality, TAT, cost efficiency, inventory control and customer SLA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complete Repair & Refurbishment / Service Centre Operations.
- Drive TAT, productivity, quality, FPY, rework & refurbishment yield.
- Manage Reverse Logistics, product recovery and inventory.
- Lead teams across Repair, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse & Operations.
- Drive RCA, CAPA, Lean, Six Sigma & process improvement.
- Monitor operational costs, MIS, KPIs and budgets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance & Business teams.
- Ensure customer SLA, compliance and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or Production Engineering. MBA/PGDM preferred.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 12–15 years of experience with strong exposure to Repair & Refurbishment / Service Centre / Reverse Logistics / Factory Operations.
- Team leadership and large-scale operations experience.
- Strong exposure to TAT, Quality, Inventory, Cost & Customer SLA.
- Preferred industries: Electronics, Telecom, IT Hardware, Networking, Consumer Electronics.
- Noida / Delhi NCR candidates preferred.
