We're Hiring: City Head — Lease Sales | Pune
We're hiring a leading managed-office and coworking operator expanding its footprint in Pune.
This is a city-ownership role. You'll take over lease sales for Pune from day one, running the full sales motion for the city — not managing existing accounts.
If you're currently closing seat and lease deals at a coworking or managed-office operator and want to own a market outright, this is that role.
What You'll Own
- Full lease-sales ownership for Pune — new business, not account management
- Driving occupancy across the city's centres through direct enterprise and SME sales
- Owning the revenue number for the city and building the pipeline required to deliver it
- Working with broker and channel networks where useful, while remaining primarily responsible for direct sales
- Building and executing the city's sales strategy with minimal oversight
What We're Looking For
- Current or recent experience in lease sales at a coworking or managed-office operator
- Experience with companies such as Awfis, Smartworks, WeWork, IndiQube, 91Springboard, Regus, CoWrks, or comparable operators
- A genuine sales background — not account management, community management, or operations
- Senior enough to independently run a city and own its commercial performance
- A demonstrated track record of carrying and delivering a meaningful revenue target
- Strong enterprise and SME sales experience with the ability to hunt and close new business
