We're Hiring: Senior HR Manager | SparkBeta Tech, Surat 📢
SparkBeta Tech is a growing technology company based in Surat. Building and scaling digital products across web, mobile, and emerging tech, while working with clients and partners across international markets. As we continue to expand our team, we're looking for a driven HR Manager to lead our people function and help us build a stronger, sharper workforce.
If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to own HR end-to-end rather than just be a part of it, this role is for you.
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Talent sourcing & end-to-end recruitment • Background verification • Target-based and head-hunting style hiring • Policy formulation & clear communication to teams • Stakeholder management across departments • Day-to-day HR task ownership • Accounts and salary calculations • Supporting a culture of accountability and performance
What We're Looking For:
A smart, sharp, and hardworking HR professional who can think on her feet, take initiative without being micromanaged, and handle multiple priorities with ownership. Someone who treats hiring targets as goals to hit, not just tasks to complete - and who is looking to grow long-term with a company that's scaling fast.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Fluent English - spoken and written (mandatory; please do not apply otherwise)
✅ Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on HR generalist experience
✅ Strong grasp of recruitment cycles, sourcing, and background checks
✅ Comfort with numbers - payroll and salary calculations
✅ Genuine intent to join for the long term
