Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations.
* Lead Radiologist hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordination, documentation, onboarding, and Radiologist agreements/contracts.
* Maintain employee and Radiologist records and ensure timely HR documentation.
* Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs with the Finance & Operations teams.
* Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
* Handle employee queries, performance management, and HR-related concerns.
* Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce data.
* Support training, employee engagement, workforce planning, and other strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or teleradiology.
* Strong recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and employee relations skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Experience with HRMS/HRIS, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
* Knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR compliance.
* Experience in Radiologist/medical professional recruitment will be an added advantage.
