Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, social media assets, presentations, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand-aligned graphics, designing logos and visual identities, selecting and refining typography, and preparing design files for final production. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms, managing multiple design projects, and providing creative direction and feedback to junior designers. The Senior Graphic Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of visual output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including experience creating or evolving brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand impact.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with design for web and social media.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, including project ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals, motion graphics, or basic video editing is an advantage.
