Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with marketing, branding, content, and production teams to create compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns and ensure consistency across all brand assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and client servicing teams to deliver engaging creative solutions.
- Create branding materials including logos, brochures, packaging, banners, and promotional collateral.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital creative work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Lightroom (preferred)
- Figma (preferred)
Added Advantage
Experience with AI-powered design tools such as:
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Other AI-assisted creative platforms
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design will be considered an added advantage.
