ThinkB Creative Agency is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Bangalore.

📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site)
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years (Agency experience & Portfolio mandatory)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
What You Will Do
✅ Design creative social media posts, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
✅ Create branding materials, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral
✅ Design website banners, landing page assets, and digital creatives
✅ Work on motion graphics and basic video editing (preferred)
✅ Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns
✅ Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
Skills We're Looking For:
✅ Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
✅ Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an added advantage
✅ Experience creating creatives optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
✅ Ability to conceptualise original ideas and transform briefs into compelling visuals
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
Must Have:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, and marketing designs (Mandatory)
✔ Excellent creativity and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
