Role Overview
We're looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Graphic Designer to join our team full-time, on-site in Chandigarh.
This role goes beyond creating visually appealing designs. You'll play a key role in transforming business objectives into compelling visual narratives, shaping brand identities, and developing creative solutions that deliver measurable impact.
As a senior member of the creative team, you'll collaborate closely with strategists, marketers, content creators, and clients to bring ideas to life across digital, print, social media, campaigns, and brand experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing, and communication projects from concept to completion.
- Develop distinctive brand identities, visual systems, logos, and brand guidelines for clients across industries.
- Create compelling campaign creatives, social media assets, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
- Translate brand strategies and business goals into impactful visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with account managers, marketing strategists, content teams, and clients to develop creative solutions.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and creative direction confidently to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of design, marketing, and cultural trends to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong creative culture within the agency.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative agency environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, marketing campaigns, and creative problem-solving.
- Expertise in brand identity development, logo design, visual systems, and storytelling through design.
- Exceptional typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication skills.
- Strong understanding of how design supports marketing objectives and business growth.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools.
- Experience working on multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, print, and experiential projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a branding, marketing, or creative consultancy agency.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring creative teams.
