Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Visualizer who thrives on design excellence and brings ideas to life visually. This role calls for someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, a mind for strategy, and the ability to lead creative efforts across branding, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize creative visual ideas that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Design compelling creatives for social media, digital ads, emailers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into high-quality design outputs.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity across projects.
- Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain quality across the team’s output.
- Stay updated with design trends, tech tools, and industry innovations.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in design/visualization, preferably in an agency.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator), and other modern design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and digital content.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with branding and/or UI design is a plus
