💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
WEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear manufacturer specializing in designer blouses, sarees, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team.

⚠️ Candidates without relevant blouse design experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Design innovative blouses, sarees, and ethnic wear collections
- Develop seasonal and market-driven design concepts
- Create production-ready sketches and technical specifications
- Take accurate garment measurements and ensure proper fitting
- Develop patterns and coordinate with the Pattern Master and Cutting Master
- Supervise sample development and production execution
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and merchandising teams
- Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for each design
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Research fashion trends and introduce fresh design ideas
- Manage timelines and support smooth production planning
Ideal Candidate- Minimum 3 years of experience in blouse design is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of blouse fitting, measurements, pattern development, and garment construction
- Experience managing production and sampling
- Excellent understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and finishing
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about ethnic wear
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, and a strong team player
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
