Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand assets, selecting typography, preparing graphics for various platforms, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. The role involves translating creative briefs into polished designs, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across all visual touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also stay updated on design trends and tools to continually improve the quality and impact of creative outputs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design and animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and composition
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related field
