Role Description This full-time Motion Graphic Designer role is an on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Motion Graphic Designer will create compelling motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and video content, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams, developing storyboards and visual concepts, designing graphics and motion elements, and participating in the production and editing of video content. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and continuously refining work based on feedback from stakeholders. The Motion Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate the overall quality of visual output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing cohesive visual assets across formats.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or related design work.
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of timing, rhythm, and typography.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
- A relevant degree or certification in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
