ABOUT THE POSITION
Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in recruitment and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, driving bulk hiring initiatives, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions across functions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting hiring timelines.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare HR documents such as Offer, Appointment, and Confirmation Letters.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure all hiring requirements are closed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources (HR)
