🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support day-to-day HR operations.
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
* Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate with HODs and department managers for manpower requirements.
* Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
* Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee databases.
* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
* Support statutory compliance and other HR activities.
