Daily Gong is looking for an ambitious Team Leader to lead and grow our sales team in the Demat & Brokerage business.
🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, motivate & manage a team of sales executives
• Drive Demat account acquisition and revenue targets
• Generate new business through field & tele-sales activities
• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
• Train & mentor team members for better productivity
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality onboarding
• Develop new market opportunities and support business growth
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
