Job details:
• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of PHE/plumbing contracting experience
• Proven experience on commercial, residential and institutional projects, including high-rise buildings
• Ability to read and interpret PHE drawings, BOQs and specifications
• Hands-on experience with billing and quantity measurement
• Comfortable working with PMCs and consultants
• Good communication in English and Tamil
• Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites and work on-site for extended periods
Good to have
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Exposure to industrial or large-scale projects
