🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about overseas education options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Understand student profiles, academic background, and career goals
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses
- Assist students with application processes, documentation, and timelines
- Follow up with leads via calls, messages, and meetings
- Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and visa processes
- Meet counselling and enrollment targets ethically and professionally
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in education counselling or study-abroad consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and handle student queries confidently
- Sales-oriented mindset with ethical counselling approach
- Basic knowledge of overseas education systems (training will be provided)
