About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and experienced Study Abroad Counselors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in counseling students for higher education opportunities across Australia, UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand, along with strong knowledge of admissions, application processing, and student visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized counseling to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial profile.
- Counsel students for destinations including Australia, UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application preparation, document verification, SOP/LOR guidance, and offer acceptance.
- Provide end-to-end support for student visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Keep up to date with university admission policies, visa regulations, scholarships, and market trends.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal application teams to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the study abroad journey.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3–8 years of experience in overseas education counseling.
- Proven expertise in Australia, UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand admissions and visa processes.
- Strong understanding of university application procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of scholarships and education loan processes.
- Ability to handle multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in conducting seminars and student engagement activities.
