Role Description This full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist Senior role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work from home. The role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and providing evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs. The senior psychologist will offer clinical supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians and trainees, contribute to case formulation, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary case conferences, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in quality improvement and clinical governance activities, and supporting mental health awareness, training, and research initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to work with complex and diverse clinical presentations.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Advanced skills in Counseling Psychology, with experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, including guiding, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior clinicians and trainees.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, with valid licensure/registration as a clinical psychologist as per applicable regulations.
- Minimum several years of post-qualification clinical experience, preferably in hospital, rehabilitation, or community mental health settings.
- Excellent communication, case documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented, person-centered treatment.
- Experience with research, training, workshops, or clinical audits in mental health is an added advantage.
