AI Infinity Labs is a Delhi-based education company building structured, live AI learning programs for school students and working professionals.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to lead our pre-enrollment conversations with families. You will run scheduled consultation calls with parents and students, understand what they are looking for, explain our programs accurately, and help each family reach a clear decision.This is a low-volume, high-quality counselling role — not a dialling role.
What you will do:
- Conduct scheduled video consultations with parents and students
- Understand each family's goals, context and constraints, and assess programme fit
- Explain program structure, outcomes and fees clearly and accurately
- Guide families to a clear decision, and own follow-ups through to that decision
- Maintain accurate, timely records of every conversation
- Coordinate enrollment and documentation with the academic team
- Share what you hear from families so our materials keep improving
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in academic counselling, admissions, or consultative inside sales — preferably in K-12 education or edtech
- Experience with premium programs where families make considered, multi-stakeholder decisions
- Warm, fluent communication in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable holding a structured video call with a parent and a teenager at the same time
- A consultative approach — accuracy and fit over urgency
- Organised, with genuine follow-up discipline
Good to have:
- Exposure to AI tools or technology education
- Experience working within a defined process or call structure
- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR parent audience
