About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist who can identify, onboard and scale new business opportunities across XML Feeds, Shopping Feeds, Media Buying and Digital Advertising.
You will manage the complete business development cycle:
Prospecting → Outreach → Negotiation → Integration → Launch → Revenue Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard publishers, advertisers, XML/Shopping Feed providers, traffic sources, SSPs, DSPs and AdTech partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with international partners.
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, networking and industry research.
- Negotiate commercial terms such as CPC, CPM, CPA and Revenue Share.
- Develop new opportunities across XML Feeds, Shopping Feeds and Media Buying.
- Evaluate traffic and feed opportunities based on GEO, volume, CPC, CPM, eCPM, RPM and profitability.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for partner integrations and launches.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue, traffic and margins.
- Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.
- Take ownership of partnerships from initial contact through launch and growth.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in AdTech, Business Development, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Experience working with publishers, advertisers, traffic sources, feed providers, SSPs, DSPs or ad networks.
- Strong understanding of XML Feeds, Shopping Feeds and digital advertising monetization.
- Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, eCPM, RPM and Revenue Share models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with international clients and partners.
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts such as XML, JSON, APIs, tracking and postbacks.
- Strong focus on revenue, profitability and business growth.
Preferred Knowledge
XML | JSON | APIs | RTB | SSP | DSP | Postbacks | Tracking Parameters
Technical development experience is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable discussing integrations with technical teams.
