Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to lead international market expansion. The role involves identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Manage key accounts and align solutions with client needs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve targets.
- Represent Infinita Biotech at international trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing with 4+ years’ experience in Biotechnology / Chemical / Specialty Chemical industry (international markets preferred).
- Proven expertise in business development, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong international business communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with market entry strategies and global expansion.
