Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants on C2C requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure successful placements and consultant engagement.
Maintain an updated consultant database and daily reports.
Eligibility:
2 to 3 years of US Bench Sales experience.
Good understanding of the US Staffing process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with job portals and vendor networks.
Location: Indore(on-site)
Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am
