🚀 We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist | Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing
Are you passionate about identifying top talent and building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring with business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or healthcare industry.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for manufacturing, quality, engineering, R&D, or corporate functions is an advantage.
