Role: SECOPS Lead (Security Operations Lead)
Work Location: Chennai
Work Preference: Onsite -All 5 days work from office
3 shifts rotational (starting from 5.30 am / 1.30 pm / 9.30 pm) - rotational model with cab facility.
Employment Type: Full-time
Notice Availability: 0 - 15 days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Security Operations team.
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential security incidents.
- Coordinate and lead incident response activities.
- Oversee vulnerability assessment and remediation programs.
- Review and analyze security logs.
- Ensure timely resolution of security findings and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to implement security controls.
- Manage security tools such as Antivirus, and Vulnerability Scanners.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct security risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Prepare security reports and dashboards for management.
- Mentor and train SECOPS team members.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Security Operations.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management tools (Qualys, CrowdStrike).
- Knowledge of Windows, Intune, and Cloud Security.
Tools & Technologies:
- Application Packaging: AdminStudio
- Scripting: PowerShell
- Patch Management: SCCM, Intune, WSUS
- Vulnerability Management: Qualys VMDR, CrowdStrike
