💼 2–5 Years Experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage & guide junior scouting associates
• Set scouting targets and monitor team performance
• Identify & evaluate commercial properties
• Manage relationships with owners, landlords & brokers
• Handle site visits, negotiations & property discussions
• Coordinate with the BD team for suitable opportunities
• Drive properties towards successful closure
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 2–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD
✔️ Team management or mentoring experience
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Good knowledge of commercial properties
✔️ Target-driven & proactive
✔️ Comfortable with field work
✔️ Two-wheeler required
